Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)
Q. When will I recieve my item?
A. Depending on where you live, it can take anywhere from 1 to 7 UPS business days [UPS GROUND]. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Since we are located in Southern California, our neighboring states will typicaly recieve their packages sooner than other states that are farther away.
Q. When will you send out my item?
A. We are active online almost all day and night and we try to ship out our products the same day or very next day (if its not a weekend and if item is in stock) depending at what time of the day you purchase it. If there is a delay or if the item is not in stock, we will contact you about it.
Q. Will you ship to Canada, Mexico, or any other country other than the USA?
A. At the moment, we only ship within the USA States only. We have shiped outside the country before and have only had problems and headaches with customs. Sorry. :(
Q. My item (or part of the items in my package) arrived broken or damaged. Will you replace it?
A. Of course, but you MUST contact us within a 5 days recieving the package so that we can file a shipping damage claim. The shipping
courier has a deadline of how long after you recieve a package to file a shipping damage claim. Failure to contact us within 5 days will result in no
direct replacement from us. After you provide us with some detailed information, the shipping courier will come inspect and retrive the broken item(s)
from your location.
Q. I tried to check my tracking number that you gave me but it isn't working. Is it correct? What is wrong?
A. If we gave you a tracking number that same day, the shipping courier most likely hasn't picked up the package from our location yet.
Please wait until the following day to check the status of your delivery on the shipping couriers website. If there is still a problem, please
let us know and we will take care of it.
Q. Will this underglow kit fit on my car? (I have a so and so car.)
A. The kits we sell are universal underglow kits designed to fit on most cars. There are no car specific underglow kits available (unless it was
custom made).
Q. Why was my payment refunded to me?
A. Either your address is unconfirmed in paypal or your address is a PO Box. Addresses that are unconfirmed in paypal means that we are
ineligable for protection in the event that it is a stolen ebay/paypal account. Please make sure your address is Confirmed in paypal before you
purchase one of our items. If your address is a PO Box, we will contact you to provide us a different physical address. If you do not respond or
if you do not have a different address your payment will be refunded.
Another instance that your payment will be refunded is if you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, or Virgin Islands.
These are all USA states/territories but require a much higher shipping cost. If you would like us to ship to one of the above mentioned, please contact
us first for a shipping price.
Q. I am looking for a specific product for my car, but I do not see it on your website. Can you get it for me?
A. Most likely. Since there are tens of thousands of aftermarket parts available, it is almost impossible to list every single one of them. Please contact
us at tweakedice@gmail.com and we will let you know if we can get it for you.
Q. Can I pay for the parts C.O.D.?
A. No, all parts must be paid for in full before shipped out.
Q. Will you sponsor my car?
A. At the moment, we are not accepting any sponsorship proposals.
